Israel and the U.S. sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) allowing Israel to join USAID’s Power Africa Partnership. The signing ceremony will be attended by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman, U.S. Power Africa Coordinator Andrew Herscowitz, Ambassadors and representatives from several African nations, and other dignitaries.
