IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  The Government of Israel and the Palestinian Authority have announced restrictions on movements and social distancing to reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).  As a result of these measures, and due to our reduced staffing, the Consular Sections at the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem and the U.S. Embassy Branch Office in Tel Aviv are providing emergency services only.  Please enroll in step.state.gov to receive alerts and ensure you can be located in an emergency.

If you require an emergency service, please write to the appropriate consular office (JersualemACS@state.gov or TelAvivACS@state.gov ).  For further updates, please check this website regularly.  Emergency services are available in Jerusalem (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 11:00) and Tel Aviv (Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 11:00).
