For applications that are complete and straightforward, emergency passports are usually available for pickup . on the same day they are approved.  Pick up times are between 1:00 -2:00 pm at U.S. Embassy Jerusalem and 2:30 pm at Branch Office Tel Aviv. We cannot guarantee same-day issuance, however, so keep that in mind when scheduling your travel plans.
