If you have not received your passport within 10 days of your interview or within three weeks of sending us a visa application via courier, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the status.
Upon visa interview, you must leave your passport at the Embassy for visa processing, which usually takes about one week. There are no provisions for expedited passport return through the courier service. If you were not required to attend an interview at the Embassy and were offered the option to send your passport through registered mail for visa issuance, you should be aware that the entire process may take about two weeks.
Please note that we will not be able to release your passport during the visa processing under any circumstances except for medical emergencies. You should plan any international travel and schedule your visa interview accordingly. Please do not contact
