The new Director for the F-35 Program, Vice Admiral Matt Winter visited Israel to tour Israeli Air Force facilities and industry locations relevant to the program. He flew an F16, met with Israeli pilots and technical personnel and consulted with Israeli Air Force Officials. Vice Admiral Winter reaffirmed the importance of security cooperation to the US- Israel relationship.
